High Court Denies Cert For Walker Process Review

Law360 (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a request by Dippin' Dots Inc. and rival ice cream makers to review a decision regarding Walker Process antitrust claims and inequitable conduct assertions at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
