Developer Says Hartman & Craven Botched NY Property Deal

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Developer Celestial New York Properties Inc. on Wednesday hit law firm Hartman & Craven LLP and real estate attorney Sean Altschul with a malpractice suit in state court, claiming they scuttled a $300,000 property deal by drafting a faulty sale contract that the seller was able to void.
