Law360, Los Angeles (August 16, 2012, 10:38 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a trial court’s order denying certification to a putative class of 250 off-duty or retired police officers who claim Ralphs Grocery Co. failed to pay overtime when they guarded its facilities during a supermarket strike eight years ago.
