Court Bounces Host Of Delphi Objections

Law360 (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The bankruptcy judge overseeing Delphi's Chapter 11 case has rebuffed a slew of objections to the supplier's disclosure statement, allowing the beleaguered company to continue inching toward its exit goal.

On Tuesday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain overruled numerous protests to Delphi's proposed outline of its Chapter 11 plan while granting other objectors additional time to pursue their claims.
