Domain Name Suits May Multiply After '.XXX' Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A recent decision allowing an antitrust suit to proceed against the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers over its approval of the ".xxx" top-level domain name will likely prompt similar suits by trademark owners over the hundreds of other new domain names that ICANN plans to launch, attorneys said.
