Warranty Claim Revived In Toyota Sliding Door Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge resurrected a breach of express warranty claim against Toyota Motor Corp. on Friday in a proposed class action brought by drivers claiming the automaker knowingly hid a door defect, citing a recent Toyota warranty extension.
