'Mentalist' Extra Accuses Producers Of Sex Discrimination

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 12:07 PM EDT) -- A former background actress for the CBS TV show “The Mentalist” sued Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. on Friday for sex discrimination, alleging producers retaliated against her after she complained about harassing and degrading treatment on set.
