Broadcom Reaffirms Call For Qualcomm Sanctions

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Broadcom Inc. on Tuesday renewed its call for sanctions against rival Qualcomm Corp. for alleged discovery misconduct in a patent suit, saying that declarations filed last week by four Qualcomm employees were unconvincing. Qualcomm also filed a brief in its defense, contending that it had acted in good faith.
