Ex-Bergstein Atty Denies Blame In $269M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 20, 2012, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles jury was told Monday that a former attorney for film financier David Bergstein likely committed malpractice when she helped Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd. push five Bergstein entities into bankruptcy, but her attorneys maintained that she hadn't caused any of the $269 million in alleged damages.
