HCC Claims No Duty To Cover Oreck In False Ad MDL

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 1:16 PM EDT) -- HCC Insurance Holdings Inc. on Monday asked a Tennessee federal judge to dismiss Oreck Corp.’s lawsuit demanding that HCC cover the vacuum cleaner maker in multidistrict litigation alleging it misled consumers into purchasing products that did not perform as advertised.
