Naughty Nightclub Strips Workers Of Tips: Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Employees of Scores Holding Co. Inc. have accused the infamous strip-club operator of confiscating part of its workers’ tips and skimping them on proper minimum wage and overtime compensation.

In a proposed class action lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, plaintiff Siri Diaz, a former bartender at a Scores nightclub in Manhattan, accused the company of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York state labor law.
