General Mills Faces More Claims In Nature Valley Ad Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 21, 2012, 10:38 PM EDT) -- A class action accusing General Mills Inc. of deceptively labeling its Nature Valley food products as “all natural” was expanded Tuesday to allege violations of California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act.

The suit targets several of General Mills' most popular granola bars, including Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix Granola Bars, Sweet & Salty Nut Granola Bars and Granola Thins.
