Former Ohio Official To Appeal 10-Year Bribery Sentence

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 6:48 PM EDT) -- Former Cuyahoga County, Ohio, auditor Michael Gabor said Tuesday he would appeal his 10-year prison sentence handed down last week for his conviction on charges that he helped another county official steer government contracts to construction companies in exchange for bribes.
