9th Circ. OKs Chukchi Sea Exploration Rule For Polar Bears

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 7:28 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday held that oil companies seeking exemption from Chukchi Sea exploration regulations must only show that the number of polar bears and walruses affected by their activities is small in relation to the entire population, not provide an exact number.
