Simon, Cube Capital Drop $68M On NYC Apartments

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 3:32 PM EDT) -- Simon Development Group and alternative management firm Cube Capital have purchased a 134,000-square-foot residential building on New York City's Upper West Side for $68.3 million, commercial real estate services firm CBRE Group Inc., which brokered the deal, announced Wednesday.

CBRE began marketing the 16-story, 113-unit building at 393 West End Ave. earlier this year, not long after A&E Real Estate Management acquired the property in March for about $55.6 million. A source familiar with the building told Law360 in June that the property had already attracted...
