$2M Tribal Group, HHS Contract Suit Remanded By Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday remanded a $2 million contract dispute between the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Arctic Slope Native Association after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June that the government owed the group funds on a contract related to an Alaska hospital.
