McGuireWoods Asks 9th Circ. To Revive $7M Fee Suit

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT) -- McGuireWoods LLP on Tuesday urged the Ninth Circuit to remand its challenge to the denial of around $7 million in fees for its work on an antitrust class action against West Publishing Corp. and Kaplan Inc. so the trial court can apply what it said is the correct legal standard.
