Bergstein Award Hiked To $50M As He Sets Sights On Aramid

Law360, Los Angeles (August 22, 2012, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles jury tacked another $500,000 onto Hollywood financier David Bergstein's damages award Wednesday, bringing the total to $50 million as he seeks to use Tuesday's malpractice win to escape bankruptcy for his entities and bolster his litigation war with Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd.
