Law360, Washington (August 23, 2012, 2:02 PM EDT) -- A class member of a $3.4 billion government settlement over allegedly mismanaged natural and energy resources on Native American tribal lands asked the high court on Monday to weigh in on class representatives' roles in large-scale settlements, saying absent class members' rights have been ignored in the long-contested case.
