Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Marketers of the Ab Circle Pro exercise device will pay up to $25 million to settle Federal Trade Commission claims in Florida federal court that they misled consumers with promises of rapid, dramatic weight loss, according to a settlement announced Thursday.
