Production Co. Targets Martin Scorsese Over Film Delays

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- Martin Scorsese has continually deferred his obligations to direct and produce a film project he originally agreed to make over two decades ago, according to a production company's breach of contract suit filed against the Hollywood icon Wednesday in California court.
