RJ Reynolds Seeks 9th Circ. Rehearing In Camel Cash Case

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 1:33 PM EDT) -- R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. on Wednesday asked the Ninth Circuit for an en banc rehearing of its decision reviving breach of contract claims in a class action over the company’s decision to stop honoring its “C-Notes” promotional campaign, saying the plaintiffs changed their arguments on those claims midway through their appeal.
