Kodak To Shift Focus On Commercial Printing Business

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 11:05 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co. said Thursday that it plans to sell its personalized imaging and document imaging businesses and reorganize with a focus on commercial printing and enterprise services.

Kodak hopes the sales of these assets, along with the ongoing auction of its digital imaging patent portfolio, will help the company emerge from Chapter 11 in 2013, according to a company statement.
