Avanquest Duped Customers With Rigged Software Tests: Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 3:48 PM EDT) -- Software developer Avanquest NA Inc. was hit with a putative class action in California federal court Tuesday accusing the company of tricking consumers into purchasing its products by programming its diagnostic testing software to always report that a customer's computer needs repair.
