Progressive, Apartment Building Owner Settle Katrina Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Friday approved the settlement of a lawsuit brought by a New Orleans apartment complex owner against Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. to recover payments for Hurricane Katrina damage that were allegedly misappropriated by an insurance adjuster.
