Accenture Pays $1M To Settle Mortgage Unit's OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Wednesday signed off on a $1 million settlement for a class of Accenture LLP mortgage underwriters who claimed the company's mortgage servicing unit cheated them on overtime.
