Endo Claims No Liability In AMS Pelvic Mesh Implants MDL

Law360, Washington (August 27, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Endo Pharmaceuticals urged a West Virginia federal judge on Friday to dismiss charges from multidistrict litigation against it and its subsidiary AMS Holdings Inc. over another subsidiary's pelvic surgical mesh products, saying the companies can't be held liable for damage and pain caused by the items.
