J&J Wins Dismissals In Ditropan XL Litigation

Law360 (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing the litigation over bladder control drug Ditropan XL has again tossed a direct purchaser suit against two Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries he said the plaintiff didn't have standing to sue, leaving one now ousted for good and another suable for just three more weeks.
