Hotel Lender To Face Claims Over Deed In Intercreditor Spat

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 8:51 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Thursday rejected a motion for summary judgment from the senior lender for a mortgage on the luxury Jerome Hotel in Aspen, Colo., halting the lender's bid to toss claims brought by a mezzanine lender over the transfer of a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
