Plaintiffs Resist Intel's Bid For Financial Records

Law360 (October 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The consumer plaintiffs in an antitrust action against Intel Corp. have slammed recommendations by the court's special master to compel the production of class representatives' personal tax returns and other financial records.

Putative class liaison counsel Prickett, Jones & Elliott PA filed a 51-page objection to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday, saying a court order forcing plaintiffs to divulge such confidential information would discourage consumers from coming forward.
