CVS Says Pharmacies Must Arbitrate Patient Info Claims

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- CVS Caremark Corp. argued before the Fifth Circuit on Friday that a lower court was wrong to reject its bid to compel retail pharmacies to arbitrate claims in the pharmacies' class action accusing CVS of using their proprietary patient information to lure customers from the company's rivals.
