Honda Says Class Action Over Peeled Paint Is Meritless

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 2:45 PM EDT) -- American Honda Motor Co. Inc. on Monday asked a California federal court to toss a proposed class action alleging it sold defective cars with peeled or faded paint, saying the plaintiffs’ claims were baseless and came after their warranties had already expired.
