Paint Cos. Win Class Cert. In DuPont Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (August 28, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A group of paint companies that say E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. and others conspired to boost the price of a paint component were granted class certification on Tuesday after a Maryland federal judge determined the buyers had demonstrated a common antitrust injury.
