Aramark Sued By Ex-Sales Rep Over Pay Practices

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A former sales representative has accused Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel LLC of failing to provide proper overtime pay, rest and meal breaks, according to a proposed class action recently removed to California federal court. 

Plaintiff Robert Santiago filed the complaint on behalf of current and former Aramark employees who worked in the San Francisco bay area as commission route sales representatives, responsible for picking up and delivering dirty and laundered garments for Aramark customers.
