NJ City's Repaving Project Blunder Ruined Contractor: Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 4:02 PM EDT) -- A construction firm has sued the city of Trenton, N.J., seeking more than $550,000 in unpaid invoices and delay damages associated with a road repaving project that allegedly left the company in financial ruin.
