Wal-Mart Sued Over Immunity Drink Mix False Ad Claims

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 3:06 PM EDT) -- A New York consumer filed a putative class action Tuesday accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of exaggerating the health benefits of its Immunity brand of fruit-flavored powdered drink mixes, which the plaintiff says contain no substantiated immune benefits and no actual fruit.
