Law Trio Guides Boston Property's $311M SF Towers Deal

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Boston Properties Inc. has scooped up two San Francisco towers from TMG Partners and Rockwood Capital LLC in a cash and securities deal worth at least $311 million, according to a Wednesday regulatory filing — though sources familiar with the surprise deal said the total consideration may be more.
