Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A California woman claiming she was sent an unsolicited text message falsely promising a free Wal-Mart Stores Inc. gift card asked a federal judge on Wednesday to certify a class of 59,568 individuals who received the same message from a marketing group hired by Stonebridge Life Insurance Co.
