Wolters Kluwer Must Face Accutane Case In Pa. Court

Law360, Philadelphia (August 30, 2012, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Wolters Kluwer Health Inc. was not fraudulently joined as a defendant to an Accutane product liability lawsuit that was removed to Pennsylvania federal court in June, the court ruled Wednesday before remanding the case to state court.
