Orion Settles Sales Patent Case Against Kohl's

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Patent holding company Orion IP LLC has asked a federal judge to dismiss its claims against Kohl's Department Stores Inc. with prejudice, marking the latest settlement deal in Orion's battle to hold a slew of companies liable for alleged infringement of two Orion patents related to computerized sales methods.
