DOJ Hits For-Profit School With FCA Suit Over Job Stats

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday hit for-profit school chain ATI Enterprises Inc. with a False Claims Act lawsuit, claiming the company intentionally released inflated job placement statistics to maintain its eligibility for federal financial aid.
