NYC Adult Store Zoning Regs Ruled Unconstitutional

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Zoning legislation passed in 2001 by New York City to restrict adult video stores and topless bars is unconstitutional and cannot be enforced, a state judge ruled Thursday, reversing course after upholding the controversial regulation in 2010.
