Caterpillar Sues Aon Over Insurance Practices

Law360, New York (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Heavy equipment manufacturer Caterpillar Inc. is taking aim at its broker, Aon Corp., accusing the insurance firm of violating state and federal antitrust laws by conspiring to restrain competition with respect to brokerage services.
