State Street Takes GM Workers' ERISA Suit To High Court

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 5:06 PM EDT) -- State Street Bank & Trust Co. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Sixth Circuit decision that revived a putative class action alleging the bank mismanaged General Motors Co. employees' retirement plan, saying the ruling widened existing circuit splits.
