'That '70s Show' Star Stiffed Web Show Workers, OT Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 4:08 PM EDT) -- Two Web producers have hit "That '70s Show" actor Wilmer Valderrama with a new suit, each demanding to be paid more than $40,000 for overtime work on a new online dance competition series, according to a lawsuit filed in California state court last week.

Plaintiffs Thomas McNeal and James Martell filed suit after Valderrama and his business partner, The City Drive Entertainment Group, allegedly failed to properly compensate the duo for performing more than 18 hours of production work for Valderrama-backed series “King of the Floor,”...
