Ford Faces Class Action Over Alleged Transmission Defect

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. was hit with a putative class action in California state court on Friday accusing the company of actively concealing defective transmissions in two of its models, putting drivers in danger and costing them each thousands of dollars in repairs.
