Apple Widens Sights In 2nd Samsung Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Less than two weeks after snaring a $1 billion jury award in a patent infringement battle with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Apple Inc. on Friday added four allegedly infringing Samsung products to a separate suit in California federal court over mobile technology patents.
