Verizon Workers Win Class Cert. Over Pay Stub Flubs

Law360, Los Angeles (September 4, 2012, 4:15 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday certified a class of more than 11,000 current and former Verizon California Inc. employees who claim the cellphone provider violated a state labor law by omitting their pay periods, hourly rates and other required information from wage statements.
