Law360, New York (September 4, 2012, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Tuesday granted American Airlines Inc.'s bid to reject collective bargaining agreements with its pilots, overruling the Allied Pilots Association's argument that new proposed labor cost reductions were greater than necessary for a successful reorganization.
