In Wake Of Scandal, GSA Names New Public Buildings Head

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 5:16 PM EDT) -- Months after a lavish Las Vegas conference spurred the U.S. General Services Administration to clean house, it has named a new Public Buildings Service commissioner to replace the official fired immediately after the spending scandal broke, according to a Tuesday statement.
